I got mad love for Ward but not only won't he move up but he won't agree to a catch-wt either. I have a problem with that. Technically Floyd is saying Ward should'n't even mention his name until he figures out his own career because right now he's the product of ruling over a weak division. Unfortunately Ward is going to have to make a big sacrifice to get to that SUPER level cause right now Chad Dawson is the best fighter on his record and Chad had to go down to get that fight.

In this interview he's respectable of Broner's antics but responds by sayin' he's gonna go about things the way he goes about them, that's him indirectly acknowledging that his name has been linked to Broner's when it pertains to marketability. At this point Ward has to keep winning, which he will.
He is being asked these questions, and Ward is not a type to avoid a question. He is a smart man and eloquent. From the face off's, I saw how he was brilliant at conveying a message.

Ward, known or not, gives a great impression to fans.

Its OK for guys like Ward, Trout, and Canelo to cut 20 to 30 pounds to make weight but Floyd must fight at a weight he cant even make.
WTF are you talking about loads of people are saying he should go up to 175 the problem is there is more money to be made at 168 right now and Ward does not cut 20 to 30 pounds to make 168

168 was seen by many as the strongest division in boxing until Ward with the help of others cleaned it out even if it is seen as a weak division as of now 168 is still greater than 175

Andre Ward is in a tough position. He is a great fighter but hasn't been able to get into Vegas for a big fight. The Pavlik fight not happening hurt him.

Hopefully martinez or chavez jr fights get made.

The 168 division is not a weak division. Lots of great talent there and Ward cleaned it out, plan and simple. He just makes em' look like nobody's, y'all must have forgot. Ha ha.

What's happened with Ward reminds me of what happened to Hopkins. Hopkins had no love until he beat up the big names like Trinidad & then De La Hoya. Ward needs to keep winning & he'll get his big named opponent.

It's weird though that he's a gold medalist, you would think he'd be big time with huge payouts already. He's gonna have to turn it up on the marketing scale I guess.
