Ward wants to fight Chavez Jr.

Ward would have to got to HW because that is where Jr will fight next especially after the lay off. Zapping himself to 160 might have be debilitating him and now all eyes are on Jr with all the PED/substance abuse allegations.

He simply might not be able to make 160 and it doesn't look like he is going to dedicate himself to the sport anytime soon

i'll be honest, i would like to see this fight. nobody is going to beat ward around his weight, so i'd like to see him fight a big name.
