    Need more proof...

To be honest, GGG hasn't impressed me that much. Maybe it's because he hasn't had much exposure. I mean, who has he really beaten that's a top 10 contender? Boxing media likes to "hype" fighters a lot, which is fine, but let's wait to see if GGG is really what they say he is. In the Rosario fight, I saw some weaknesses, such as needing to plant himself to really throw hard punches - similar to a Cotto style of boxing. A fast, slick and even tall boxer will bloody GGG through 12 rounds. I need more proof.

golovkin is the man at 160. martinez, geale, and quillin all forfeited their spots because they wouldn't fight him.

just saw this little video, might as well post it here...

Can't help question why he's doing static stretches before the actual work out and why he's bouncing into the stretch, I'm no genius but I know that's not right.

Yeah, I have to come in for a little bit to catch up on some stuff but I'm gonna head in at 8 and be back hopefully by 11:30 or so. That should give me enough time to jog and take care of some stuff around the house before the fight comes on.

Try that I don't think they're showing this fight at all in the UK???
            Not unless Boxnation is...
Or Primetime but I've not seen it advertised yet.

I know, I'll sit down and it'll end up being like the Ishida-Kirkland fight except the roles will be reversed with Ishida playing the role of Kirkland

I wouldn't be surprised if this fight goes to distance. Ishida is a tough tough guy.

The same thing people are saying about GGG v. Ishida was said a year ago when Pirog fought him and the fight turned out to be a 12 round sparring session. I would not be surprised if Ishida goes the distance and I don't expect Golovkin to hand him a KO unless he cuts off the ring effectively early in the fight.
