not a good matchup for Angulo but if he can get through Lara I expect Cotto/Angulo in the winter.

If he doesn't, I see Lara winning a UD.
el perro better find him the right way.or he'll find himself on his back. perro's defense is garbage.

I think its going to be a bad night for some of the blind "Fans" of boxing in this forum. Lara should get a fairly easy decision and Joseito will probably get stopped late!

I was goung to post the same thing but you beat me to it.

Lara too smart, too save, too much of RIQ for el Perro I see this played out like Cintron vs Angulo times 5, or in other words Lara winning every round.

One aspect of Lara's game that goes unnoticed is his ability to adjust. He started a little slow vs P.Will then he put it on him. Vs Vanes he started super slow but we know what happened after that... even with an injured hand.

Lara is a very solid fighter, but he doesn't hit exceptionally hard and he's not especially active. Angulo has a very solid chin on that cinderblock head of his. I don't envision a stoppage. Erislandy won't have much trouble scoring the UD, though.
If Lara hits Angulo the way Silva hit him, he's getting stopped. And if he doesnt I'm gonna fear for his health, which I'm already worried about. That Kirkland beating + jail took something out of Angulo. He always got hit a lot but never looked the way he does now. Your body can only endure so much. Eventually it will give up/break down.

Nice card right here. Lara is going to knock Angulo out. Angulo is done as a legit contender .Watch hes going to tag him at will and be very hard to hit. Lara is going to stop him cold.

Silva was a much busier fighter against Angulo than Lara is likely to be. I agree, though, "Perro's" health is becoming an increasing concern. He's not going to be a force, so one has to question the value of all that punishment.

Not necessarily. Silva was doing most of his work on the ropes. Lara can be a busy guy too. Look vs Williams and Hernandez.

I like Angulo man but he has left me concerned and its a shame cause he makes for a lot of exciting fights.
