Exactly. If that fight doesn't happen then it's just a typical Top Rank card full of name fighters in uncompetitive fights. With some heavyweights thrown in.

These are actually decent action fights on paper. Ruiz-Hanks is a competitive fight, Gradovich is an action fighter, and Garcia vs Lopez is an action fight regardless of competitiveness (Garcia-Cruz is a mismatch). Their lack of name recognition is going to hurt the ratings though.

HBO's decision is going to backfire unless the public starts to show an interest in these matchups.
