I didn't have him winning anyway but I do think it will have an effect on him. Sure you can say Floyd was facing time after his Cotto fight and he won but he knew it was going to be going for 3 months the difference is Guerrero won't even have his trial yet so he could be facing up to 4 yrs (although I'm sure he won't get that) so that will definitely be on his mind. Thats just my opinion I'm sure I'll get **** for it lol

It's worse than what it was for Floyd. Because his lawyers will let Guerrero know clearly that he going to be serving time. And it won't be no 3 months. He's looking at a year if he's LUCKY. Cause in NYC, the minimum is 3.5 years in the law. And that's just the minimum. He may get it shaved to 1-2 years, but he's gonna lose damn near his entire fight purse just to get that. Damn shame.

There's no way this won't be weighing in on him. But in a way, it could favor him because he may fight like it's his last fight ever (because it just might be!). That's the positive thought. Or it could weight down negatively, and more likely it'll be negative.

Now now, don't go talking yourself down like that. I know you're one of them they call flom0es and I know my post is a little lengthy but try to comprehend that I never expected Guerrero to win so in the end I won't be using it as an excuse for his loss. But it will affect his performance. When a fighter is not 100% mentally its pretty tough for him to perform at his best, chances are he wont. But you believe what you want. If he does perform he'll get a lot of props.

This doesn't mean I'll be down playing Floyd's win either If he does end up winning cause I think this is a good fight and he had no control over what happened to Guerrero.
