It seems very unlikely. I will depend on GBP and Mayweather on whether its worth waiting for, or, they can start looking now for another opponent.

It is possible that Guerrero can be out on bail and fight in Vegas. But there are plenty of ifs here.

i think what robert did was even dumber than what plaxico did.

At least with plaxico you can somewhat understand it. Visibly public figure going out at night clubbing, paranoid about getting jacked, so he brings protection.

With robert, i dont think he lives that lifestyle, and he was going to the airport and to NYC to promote the fight. there was no need to bring a gun.

How could the guy know about a new gun law that took effect last January. Simple human mistake. He had no bad intentions. He will have to hire a lawyer and get bail for now. When the case goes to court, it will be dismissed and he will probably pay a fine.

The guy probably does not have a criminal record... It could happen to anyone. And yes they are making an example of him because he is slightly popular the this incident will make headlines.
