This situation is so ******, Guerrero is no criminal he simply probably forgot he had the gun on him and when he realized it notified the authorities. He has papers for the thing, there was no bullets in it, it was in a lock box in his luggage, and he was on the way home to the state he is licensed to have the weapon. Dumb.

Except Robert Guerrero is not a criminal and has a license for the weapon. Obviously he's passed a background check and is not just some guy looking to shoot up a liquor store. Every court case shouldn't be looked at the same way it's obvious Robert had no sinister intent and should only get a slap on the wrist if anything.

In Cal magazines holding 10 rds or less are legal. Hi-caps, over 10 rds, are legal if they were possessed prior to the ban going into affect. Law enf officers are exempt.

I got caught with the toy and I got a federal charge. Of course I was already a convicted felon but Robert shouldn't be running around with a gun. A religious man should be keeping his faith in God instead of carrying a weapon.

I understand that there are archaic gun laws in NY. I'm saying that the NY gun laws are dumb,not every case is the same, and Robert Guerrero should not be made an example of for political gain. That's all this is about people in NY are going to use Guerrero to make a statement about guns. We don't even need a trial because we already know they want to make a big fuss over this and make headlines. Giving this guy a felony over some trumped up BS like this is ******.

no, the unjust laws are dumb, and the hypocrites that enforce them......not to mention the coward population that has allowed such crap statutes to be in place.

the hypocrites will use GUNS to enforce the laws, but you can't have one for your protection or your families protection or in his case, protecting from crazy fans or people who don't like him because of the floyd fight.
