It wasnt about trying to board the plane with it, he was arrested for having an unlicensed weapon in NYC and also the mags

They always do. The best he can do, with a solid lawyer, is get his jail time postponed for a year, maybe even 2 years. But he's going to have to serve time. They make an example out of everyone, even the celebs. I think the shortest stint was served by Lil Wayne (about a year).

If he gets off with no jail time, that would be amazing. But very unlikely.

He is ****ed, caught in NYC and in a airport on top of that!! Hopefully his lawyer can come up with something but its not looking good. Even lil Wayne with all the money he had couldn't save him from jail time.

This situation is so ******, Guerrero is no criminal he simply probably forgot he had the gun on him and when he realized it notified the authorities. He has papers for the thing, there was no bullets in it, it was in a lock box in his luggage, and he was on the way home to the state he is licensed to have the weapon. Dumb.
