Funny how everyone forgets that Mayweather & Pacquiao both agreed to terms back in 2010!! it was highlighted all over ESPN, then Mayweather chickened out by saying Pacquiao on steroids.
Then people forget Pacquiao AGREED to take the test BUT with a cut off date.
People don't say Pacquiao didnt agree to take the test, cuz he did, just wanted a cut-off date not too close to the fight.
He did agree to give blood right after the fight!!
Yall should be bashing guys that be testing positive right now but yall not, yall love to hate Pacquiao, Mayweather.
hate on guys like Mosley, Peterson, Berto, Holt, Morales etc. cmon now

I don't think he was on any, Marquez fights proved it. These other guys thought they were bigger gave little respect to Pacquiao and thought they would just overpower Pacquiao; they were wrong.
I just don't see it. He hasn't come in over 150 lbs and was mid 140s when he fought Morales the third time.

If he was ever dirty it would've came out then
When you see super human performance in sport there is a very good chance PEDS are involved. Pac had a phenominal work rate + Put on muscle. The 2 don't go together. To get that work rate the workouts strip mass,to put on mass you need to lift heavy ,rest and good nutrition. If you do that you can't have the phenominal fitness. Something does not fit.

I dont think he has but if it did come out that he was on peds i wouldn't be overly shocked just very very dissapointed to be honest though i could say the same for Marquez,Mayweather and other top fighters in the sport wouldn't shock me much if they were on peds
