This is totally bogus argument. If this was the case Lance Armstrong would have been found out much earlier. He bankrupted people with defamation cases when he was clearly taking PEDs and was proven to do so later.
When you see super human performance in sport there is a very good chance PEDS are involved. Pac had a phenominal work rate + Put on muscle. The 2 don't go together. To get that work rate the workouts strip mass,to put on mass you need to lift heavy ,rest and good nutrition. If you do that you can't have the phenominal fitness. Something does not fit.

I dont think he has but if it did come out that he was on peds i wouldn't be overly shocked just very very dissapointed to be honest though i could say the same for Marquez,Mayweather and other top fighters in the sport wouldn't shock me much if they were on peds
