His own brother didn't take the claim he offered Haye a fight seriously.

Haye had only one fight after Wlad beat him. After everything Haye pulled out prior to the fight he hardly deserves a better treatment.

Any fighter can do whatever they want, but people form opinions on the decisions fighters make. Vitali is doing what Haye did so should have the same reaction by fans.

What does fighting Wlad have to do with Vits? They are not one and the same. Haye and Vits are both highly ranked contenders and should be fighting each other or another highly ranked contender.
