Who was harder to hit RJJ or Pernell Whitaker

I see highlights of both of them and just think damn how did they even see that coming, both had great reflexes. In their primes who was more slick and defensively sound fighter?

Harder to hit, tough one, Pernell had the much better defense if we're talking about fundamentals.

Roy Jones Jr. rarely felt the embrace of another mans leather in his prime.

Pernell had the best footwork I have ever seen. It's hard to compare his defense with anybody else.

Whitaker and its not even debatable. Theirs no YouTube videos of Roy Jones just ducking and dodging shots like they were nothing.
