When Guerrero's charges are dropped he's an innocent man who is trying to help market a fight.
Broner has history of wrong doing. How is that even comparable? Was Guerrero attempting to kill someone or rob some old lady with it? Or was he packing the gun cause he was planning on getting into a fight at some club?

As you can see Guerrero followed procedures and did what he was supposed to do. This is something we call being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately for Broner he doesn't get any passes cause he's ALWAYS at the wrong place at the wrong time and ALWAYS doing the wrong thing.

If I'm Guerrero and LA let's me pass the gun thru how the hell am I supposed to know what to expect from NY?

What loophole would that be? What he is licensed to carry in California means absolutely **** all in new york. Gun licenses and permits are not like drivers licenses.

Ghost done caught a case and stepped in some serious shit. Maybe he'll get a bit of leniency seeing as how the gun wasn't loaded.

In general though, if you have a firearm license in Florida, it doesn't transfer over to Georgia if you cross the state line. I wonder how exactly he got the gun on the plane in the 1st place, but even him having a license he should've known NY is without a doubt the strictest state when dealing with firearm possession. Guys like Wayne, Plaxico, Prodigy, several others were caught and individually all did time on 1st time offenses (and Plaxico ****in shot himself lol)

He didnt NOT follow procedure, he was not allowed to carry a gun in NY.

Also ignorance is not an excuse, especially when you enter the strictest gun laws in the country

Plaxico was a damn dummy they offered Plaxico 3 months and he said no. Went and hired the same lawyer Puff Daddy had that beat his club shooting case. Thought the lawyer could work his magic again but his dumbass should have known that NY changed its gun laws right after the Puffy case to where it is mandatory that a person does time on gun possession. 3 months was the best he was going to get and he turned it down and wound up doing a few months shy of 3 years.

Well, you're right about that. But like I said, if LA let me get my gun thru knowing I'm going to NY, this is the last thing I would expect.

Ny is no joke when it comes to gun laws. RG is an idiot.
