Both in their primes, Wladimir for me based on hes the better technician.

Hes the better boxer, more defensively responsible, has the edge in experience, better jab, more power, more athletic, better footwork, crisper puncher, faster all round & IMO stronger.

Vitali has a slight edge in size and a better chin, maybe though certainly debatable the mentally tougher of the two.

I think Wlad takes it 8/10 times

I pick vitali based on styles.

He has better defense in that hes very hard to hit clean while still being active. His reflexes are very good.

Wlad under steward tightened up his defense at the expense of only throwing jabs and holding. Steward would probably try to get wlad to tie up vitali a lot since vitali doesnt like to be on the inside and hold but wlad isnt very effective there anyways and does accomplish much. Lewis landed his shot that caused the big cut on vitali on the inside while holding but Wlad wouldnt do that.

Vitali has way better stamina and can throw lots of punches from different angles, he has a way better chin as well. He knows how to apply effective pressure and wlad doesnt like pressure.

He knows his little brothers' weaknesses and it's a mental thing as much as anything else for Klitimir.

Im gonna side side big Vitali here, he just seems to be the "fighter" among the two, and as great as wladimir is, I just see Vitali knocking him out
