Roy's commentary during the Bradley fight

I actually disagreed with a lot of what Roy said during that fight... especially in the end when he said Prov couldn't hurt him.
Although it did look like Prov lost some steam off his punches, Bradleys legs were done by the 12th, so he could still be hurt even by a lesser Prov... and that's what happened.Comment

That is what did it for me. Max is like Tim gets cracked again he might be in trouble and then Roy is like Na he can't hurt Tim any more and boom!I actually disagreed with a lot of what Roy said during that fight... especially in the end when he said Prov couldn't hurt him.

I don't really agree with you here. I never got the feeling that the commentators were rooting against Floyd in any of his fights.Comment

Yeah man, he'll say some off the wall ****, and the rest of the guys are silent for a second before having to step up and argue with such a silly statement.Paulie is the best and Tarver is second. Reed is going to get mad at me but Roy isn't that good at calling fights.
Couple things he does that kills me, he will argue just to argue and when he's wrong, he will bring up the "I fought you didn't" argument.
He also seems to just be opposite of what anyone says for the sake of being different.
Example; when Bradley and Provodnikov were in there ****ing and Bradley was getting hurt, Roy said something along the lines of "this kind of fight that's perfect for Bradley"
Not it wasn't, Roy. It was the ****ing opposite. It was exactly the kind of fight Provodnikov wanted.Comment

All commentators have their favorites. Lampley, Kellerman, Foreman, Steward, and whoever else. Roy is no exception.
The key is that they all work together as a team to balance out each others bias'. I think they do a good job with that for the most part.Comment
