Technically speaking yes. If I have 10 buckets filled will 1 liter of water each and one of the buckets gets destroyed the other buckets ( assuming I divide the water from the broken buckets into the others) would have 1.1 liters of water each.

What Broner did is, I think, the equivalent to the above. The overall value behind the money is divided by a smaller amount.

I had a dollar in my pocket before Broner ripped up that $20 and I can buy the same **** with that dollar now that i could before he ripped it up. Basically our money is borrowed from the federal gov't to keep in circulation not destroy like a moron for our amusement

Because the increase is value is negligible. For noticeable change you'd have to dump billions of dollars I'd imagine. That being said I'm not arguing against the idiotic and illegal nature of his actions, the boy is prat.......
