Mandatory challenger Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (31-1-1, 18KOs) feels stronger than ever as he trains in Las Vegas for his anticipated fight with WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (43-0, 26KOs). The Showtime Pay-Per-View main eventg is going to happen on May 4th at the MGM Grand.

Last year, Guerrero moved up by two divisions, from 135 to 147, and won a convincing decision over hard puncher Selcuk Aydin. After passing that test, he returned a few months later to beat down Andre Berto for another impressive victory. Mayweather will be the third and by far the most thoughest test at the weight.

I swear these guys all say the same thing before they fight Mayweather. And then they all say the same afterwards. I tried to fight him as hard as I could.

we shall see. alot of opponents have said the same thing and have come up short. i say it will be tough for mayweather at first but after the third round he'll take the rest of the fight. it will be entertaining though because guerrero will push the action.

And when floyd wins the haters will say that guerrero was cherry picked. its funny how the haters can't make up their minds. Before the fight was made haters were saying floyd was ducking guerrero. When it was announced they all called it a crappy fight. Now all of a sudden guerrero is the man to beat mayweather. This happens with every Mayweather fight. Its actually quite comical.
