hell no. He fought solid because he still had some talent and even Oscar himself wasnt the same guy but Vargas was ruined in terms of still being a great fighter.

He got dropped early in the fight right after Tito and looked like a shell of himself in those 2 fights between Oscar & Tito. Vargas knew it too which is why he was on the juice. You dont just start juicing out the blue unless you know you arent as good anymore
