fucc you man. doctors notes get filed and archived, sure you can get a doctors note all after the fact, but this is from when he came to the doctor in the first place. before he was on the stuff let alone got caught.
he goes to a doctor, tells them "im an athlete, whatever you do dont give me anything thats illegal". they say "sure mickey, no worries" then give it to him regardless.
i understand hes responsible for whatever is in his system but lets not pretend hes a villain here. he didnt intend to cheat and you know it, so in a way he was a victim of another persons incompetence. his own naivety too, but that doesnt make him a bad guy. thats all im saying.
where did i say anything about bey being young? find a quote of me saying that or stop talking nonsense. all this "he young" crap anytime anyone says anything is getting old, it has nothing to do with this thread or anything i said so find something relevant to say.
and fucc you for twisting my words and quoting a fraction of my post, leaving out all the points i was making and putting it in your sig. address the point i was making or stfu.
did he inform his doctor of his situation? did that doctor go against the guidelines he laid out concerning his treatment? if the answer to those questions is yes then i dont think calling bey a victim is wrong in any way.
if you disagree make an argument, dont just pull things out of your ass.
good post, only serious response i got and i agree. It's always the athlete who's solely responsible for what's in his system. Same goes for clenbuterol which may or may not have entered the body via contaminated beef.
Bey can sue the doctor all he want's and he might win, but that's pretty much irrelevant to whether Bey should be suspended or not. At least that's how i see it.
he should be suspended, i just think its reasonable to give him a lower sentence since he didnt intend to cheat. he is responsible for whatever is in his system, but we know he didnt want it in his system and that counts for something in my book.Comment

Damn bro, why you getting so defensive? I didn't say anything to offend you. Its only normal to be skeptical about these so called doctor notes given the history as of late.

He can try that if he wants, it's still his responsibility. With a level like that, I don't believe he didn't know what he was taking anyway.did you read the article?
when bey went to the doctor he said he was a pro boxer and couldnt take anything that would be classed as a PED. its been proven since the doctor even wrote it down in her notes, then for whatever reason she gave him the illegal stuff regardless.
so bey isnt to be blamed here, if anything hes a victim. in fact he should sue that dumb *****. he told her he couldnt take anything like that and trusted she would do what he asked or at least inform him if she wanted to do otherwise.Comment

Its all bull****. He could Google whatever he was taking and find out if it was illegal or not. He couldve also called and asked the Nevada commission. GTFOH with that victim talk. These guys come up with any excuse to defend certain fighters. And its not just the fact that he took something illegal but his ratio was insane...Originally posted by bojangles1987Quote:
