Bey’s testosterone to epitestosterone ratio was greater than 30:1, according to Keith Kizer of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Nevada rules allow for a maximum of 6:1.

Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, said the commissioners considered Bey’s story in handing down this punishment, according to Lem Satterfield of ******.com.

I always thought Bey was corny...not suprised he came up super hot on a test....I wonder if Floyd Sr. knew what that mother****er was taking?!?....the money penalty is not the problem...the 3 month suspension is too light imo

"The disparity is absolutely unbelievable. One guy is juiced to the ceiling with testosterone, and he could seriously hurt his competitor, and he gets three months and a $1,000 fine," said Arum, "and the Mexican smoked a joint 10 days before the fight, and he gets a fine of $900,000 plus a nine-month suspension. Just tell me where is the sanity in that? Or, as one might expect, there is one standard that the Nevada Commission uses for Americans and another standard for Mexicans."
        Preach it Arum!

James toney steroids positive was only 10k.

Mike Tyson's marijuana positive was 100k fine.

Chavez jr marijuana positive was like 900k fine.

(though to be fair he had previous positive tests for banned diuretics and dui's)

Good to see Arum standing up for fighters rights and fair treatment.

Yeah Im sure that Chavez jr is his guy and Bey is under mayweather has nothing to do with it. If Bey was his guy he would still be demanding stiffer penalties...

3 months? Appauling. Why hand out a punishment at all when it amounts to nothing anyway?

Everyone probably is. Why not? 99% don't get caught, and the ones who do can easily avoid punishment in this ******ed sport.
