Only that Ali was never put to shame in any discussion interchange as Haye was by Wlad (moreover Wlad's first language is not English, he learned it during his mid/later career).

Yeah you just lost both accounts. No one likes fakes either.

There was a thread dedicated solely on this not that long ago - it shouldn't be too hard to find it.

hint : haye was somewhere in the backstage, lol =)

i dont think haye needs to redeem himself at all. he fought a great champion and lost, no shame in that. only thing he has to regain is his status in the division, back then he was #3. he needs to beat adamek or povetkin to reclaim that status. but he could easily retire, he has nothing to prove.

his fight with wlad was a bad moment, but to act as if his entire career is irrelevant with the exception of one fight is ridiculous. he had good and bad moments, if you look at his career overall with unbiased eyes he clearly had more good outings than poor ones. the poor ones werent that bad to begin with, he was taught a lesson in the learning stage of his career then came up short against a great champion in his prime.

I can't imagine Ali sitting in the backstage being put on silent mode...

So Haye not wanting to sit beside him on Ringside is losing a 'discussion interchange'? Not quite. It was a ****** thing to do, but it did sell the angle of disliking the opponent.

I've never seen Haye lose a battle of words in all honesty, that includes against Wlad, be it interviews or even the HBO faceoff.

                  Right.
Well you can revisit the thread on this subject. Quite a few here don't share your opinion, but fair enough. IMO Wlad beat him in just about every verbal exchange they had.

We should go back to the topic. So redemption... I am eager to see.

I don't imagine they will, Haye's not the most popular guy on here.

As for redemption, I'm glad to see him active. Chisora was a good comeback win, now it's time to build on it. In my eyes, Chisora beat Helenius which makes him a worthless opponent for Haye. That leaves what? Pulev, Povetkin, Arreola?

Fury would be ideal, but he wont take that fight when he's so close to his first world title shot.
