I've a bit more respect for him now.

I agree,So since April 2010, who did Wlad or even better Vitali beat that was a legitimate contender? Charr? Wach? Mormeck? Briggs? Sosnowski? Close decision to Chisora? Thompson? Haha. These guys are the champions, they are supposed to fight the best out there, yet Haye's resume over the same period of time is better than Vitali's and on par with Wlad's.
Mormeck shouldn't had never happened, it was a disgrace and I like Wlad.Comment

waiting for Vitali to come out and say .... "Oh i was just about to offer Haye a fight when he went off and fought somebody else ... oh well I'll just have to go fight Joe bloggs super bum instead and keep calling myself the champ a little longer and after all my efforts to make the haye fight happen too"Comment

haye Povetkin would be the one I'd want it would basically be him fighting the no 3 heavyweight after Wlad basically chosing to fight some bum instead of Poveetkin so it would show up wlad a bit too. Added to that it would be a cracker of a fight.
However i think the logical bet is he'd fight Thompson. having beating Price Thompson with have legitmacy in the publics eyes. I'd be dissapointed with this fight reckon it would be boring.
The other option is Fury - This would be a cracker of a fight between the two guys Vitali is doing his utmost to duck. it would also be big money in the UK howver i reckon Fury would be too dangerous so doubt haye will pick him.
After that Adamek would be another possibility Haye would take him apart easy enough imo.
So anyway Povetkin would be a cracker and makes most sense if Haye has confidence in himself - Fury would also be huge with a great build up though I'm not sure how entertaining the fight would be. But unfortunately I think Thompson or Ademek will likely be the choice.Last edited by Daddy T; 03-19-2013, 06:33 AM.Comment
