    Sure there will be~

Nobody thought there would be another SRL or another Oscar, who were both fake good guys who were exciting. Manny is just another in that line, boxing is a game of heroes and villains when the big ones fades new ones are always created.

Thus is the cycle of boxing

You could say SSM was Pacs easy fight and warm up fight is it the way to put it. And inbetween fight while waiting for the bigger fish, ie that could be Floyd or whoever.

When you fight as tough competition as Pac who is a throwback fighter, you cant keep burning the candle at both ends as somethings gotta give at some point. For example Pac just beat Cotto, and before Pac could even catch his breath they are requesting Pac fights Cotto at 154. This is the kind of expectations people have of Pac which is unfair and unrealistic.

But Pac is a throwback fighter that is becoming rare. Pac just busts up another face and is already thinking his next opponent. Plus Pac dont hit the hardest yet his opponents faces look like automobile accident victims or had meeting with a baseball bat. Which means when Pac was hitting you he was really landing and not just trying to pretend to hit his opponents to score imaginery points with the judges like Bradley and Floyd does.
Pacman is a throwback for real, dude just got knocked out cold and wanted to get back into the ring as soon as possible. The guy is mentally strong, he doesn't dwell on losses or care if he loses like some of these other insecure guys.
