HBO had a 35mil budget last year, while Showtime had 28.

Can GBP live off that 28 alone? They're used to getting a big piece of both networks.

It's not like we were going to get Top Rank-Golden Boy co promotion fights anyway.

Golden Boy better hope their fighters can pull ratings on Showtime, which was less subscribers than HBO. But Top Rank better hope they can find another star. Because aside from Manny who's almost done, and Chavez who gets his ass kicked by anyone elite....they don't have a money maker.

Golden Boy currently has Mayweather, Broner, and Alvarez who can pull in money now or eventually.
