I was not much of a Bradley fan before but I sure am now; Bradley showed incredible heart, chin and balls the size of cantaloupes. Plus, here is a guy who fights to provide for his family, not to live like a wanna be pimp. He is respectful in and out of the ring and next time he has a pay per view fight I will buy in to make his paycheck 49.95 higher.
Excellent post. Bradley could have boxed and won this fight going away like he did in all the rounds he boxed. But he went and made it a real fight by trading with Provodnikov to show the fans a good fight. He already had my respect before this fight but now he cemented it. Incredible performance. This guy has an incredible will to win.

Bradley's heart can not be duplicated..he fought off pure heart and will after that first round last night...I'm proud to be his fan!

Not really a fan of TB but i agree with your post. Great fight!

There is no way he will go 12 rounds without getting caught. One punch will change the fight. Mentally!

Joel Diaz was pleading with Tim in the corner to stop trading with him and just box him, but he wouldn't listen. Those types of shots lead to long-term brain damage.

i think bradley isn't going to be the same anymore...i don't think he has gotten over his robbery against pac and the backlash he recieved, i don't think he'll get over the backlash he's receiving right now with the ruslan fight, and definitely i think ruslan took something out of him physically with all those punches he ate..i mean bradley got beat so bad he sounded punch drunk during the interview.

bradley is done as far as being in his prime........

part of the reason why they slugged would obviously be bradley's willingness to trade.

however, bradley's legs never recovered fully after the first round. he was boxing decent after the second round was over, but he continued to look shaky on his legs. i really don't think they were there throughout the entire fight. during the 12th, second, first, and sixth (going off memory, have only seen the fight twice now,) he was out on his feet for real. scary stuff.

classic fight, though. without a doubt it will be in the running for fight of the year. it's a clear favorite so far.

If Russell had called the knockdown in round 1 he probably would have stopped the fight with the way Bradley crashed back to the mat after his first attempt to get up

Agreed. Bradley's a savage. He just doesn't have the power to fight that kind of fight and get the better of the exchanges.

If he is going to be successful at 147, he will have to be more of a boxer. Problem is he let's opponents bait him into exchanges and he gets sloppy.

His heart, will and determination is his greatest asset and his Achilles heel at the same time.
