You are WRONG if you believe the referee COULDN'T call that a knockdown. He could have easily and legally.

You are WRONG if you believe the referee SHOULD have called that a knockdown. Again, the referee has the final say.

From the replay, it appears like Ruslan got Bradley with a short left shot at about the 34 second mark and right after that Bradley started his decent to the canvas.

No, it was definitely a knockdown from the left hook. He immediately dropped low and fell into Ruslan, and then fell further to the canvas. He then failed his first attempt to get up because he was disoriented from the punch.

You don't get disoriented from being pushed down.
