yah big respect to provodnikov ..guy ranked #10 at 140 by ring mag, was cherry picked by bradley as a soft tune up, and he almost got bradley out of there and imo the fight should have been a draw or ruslan win by 1 point.

bradley showed great heart, but at the end of the day he should have fought a smarter fight and outboxed him rather than go all reckless and machismo because it almost got him ko'ed.

Your quote about sums it up.

Great fight, I thought it was a draw, because I gave Rus the 10-8 rd when he made Bradley do the Zab Judah / Kostya Tszyu chicken dance..

..... now if I would have give Rus another 10-8 in the first .... Prov would have won the fight.

.... Bradley gets lucky again, and i'm still a Bradley fan - good heart this kid has.

Definately looking forward to the rematch.

If there was ever a fight tailor made for Bradley to display his "exceptional" defense and skills, this was it

Turned out being a life and death war.

While I agree with most everything, I don't the bold. Bradley has had an unlucky year after signing with Arum, who's cashcow got destroyed & stable has all but dried up. Arum won't work with Oscar & Ruslan was damn near the only option he had left.

I respect Bradley a lot more for this win, that for his Pacquaio win. He did not duck the underrated strong puncher with excuses, but faced it head on, suffer the consequences and still pushed throught to edge his strong opponent with his skills. Most of the big names today stay away from danger and use all kind of excuses to avoid those fights that will make anyone look bad. Kudos to Bradley for winning a great fight.

LOl what? this was a cherry picked 140 fight by bradley, he got lucky a ref missed a kd or he would have not gotten the win

Bradley did not win this fight, he got lucky like he did in the pac fight, there is no denying the ref missed the kd and bradley survived by a few seconds from being knocked out

looks you you had favoritism for ruslan.hbo punch zone and the judges got it right.

I haven't seen the whole fight, but from the highlights it looks like the fans won in the fact that they got a great fight.

Can't wait to watch the whole thing.
