Ward would be ****** to drop to 160 to fight Floyd. He would be cutting too much weight, muscle, and stamina. Ward will still be bigger, but will not be healthy. His advantages would go out the window quickly, especially if FMJ requested a same day fight/weigh in. Hopefully, he is just trying to get his name out. Also, now he is going to have to answer questions about fighting Martinez at 160 or call what he said a joke.

Ward should go to 175 and fight Hopkins, that's the biggest fight that can be made for him.
Ward is not the best till he starts leaving his division.

Ward might be able to pull it off or with minor defects since hes still fairly young as hasnt put his body through much stress making weight in his career so if he does and rehydrates back to 175 or more the next day then what??

Ward would give Mayweather one hellava fight but not if he loses too much weight dropping that much weight would not be in his advantage but Mayweathers so I fear this fight may never happen but only words in the press. - Ward must just look at Roy Jones jr when he went up to heavyweight and when he came back down was never the same this could happen in reverse to Ward - don't let your ego get in your way let Mayweather blab off this is the reaction what he wants. Mayweather should learn a lesson from the great Sugar Ray Leonard how to conduct yourself as A pro go down in the Hall Of Fame and still have the respect of all in the boxing world from present to past somehow Mayweathers achievemnets in the ring are not enough.

At 160 i'd choose Floyd. Ward would end up like Dawson did at 168. I could see this fight happening if there was a title on the line at 160 but since there isn't and Ward brings nothing to the table financially then it won't happen.
