I think Floyd got on the phone and said to Ward "hey you are the man, but we need to get your name out there." Let me say a few things in my next interview and let's start a WWE style beef.

^^^^ This is my idea of what happened. Despite the d-bag public persona I like to think Floyd is a nice guy behind the scenes. Not saying he's a saint, but I believe "Money Mayweather" is a WWE type persona, and it's worked.

But I will say if this fight was ever made I would totally s@#$ all over this fight. Ward shouldn't be that drained and Mayweather shouldn't be that high.

Oh ****. Ward had played it perfectly by saying if Floyd had a problem call him up and settle it like a man. He didn't have to say anything else.

Now it looks like he caught mad feelings over this.

It doesn't necessarily look like he got his feelings hurt but it makes him look more brash and impulsive than we're used to seeing him. He pretty much took the bait and stooped to Floyd's level.

Funny though for all you boxing heads who remembers when Pernell Whitaker and Roy Jones were trying to do some **** like this back in the day? LOL
