so no, to answer your question.
Just seem to remember him mentioning it. To my recollection it was on 24/7 vs Floyd.

But ok, then he's ****ed. I would still like to see the malignaggi fight. But thats about it. He's not really good enough to fight any top 10-15 WW anymore.

Shane is my all time favorite fighter and it hurts me to see him so desperate but if he wants to fight on who are we to say no
All I ask is that if he does choose to fight on then he needs to fight like the warrior heonce was and go out on his shield not running away like he did against pacman

I thought he'd left this nostalgic nonsense in the ring against Canelo. Seems like he snook some of it out concealed in his jock strap and has been nurturing the idea ever since. Hang 'em up Shane, you've given more than enough. The game's only gonna take from you now.

Since his proposed April 27 WBA welterweight title fight against champion Paulie Malignaggi fell apart last month, Golden Boy Promotions chief executive officer Richard Schaefer has encountered resistance from executives at HBO and Showtime regarding Mosley’s return on one of those networks.

I got mixed emotions about this...I don't like that the networks treating him like Joe Blow but on the flip, I don't think Shane has it any more and retired is where he needs to stay imho...still got mad love for Shane and always wanna see thedude win...but I think its time to pull the plug....gotta find a new hustle, for boxing lifers like Shane, that may not be so easy though---damn!!!...smh

These promoters are pursuing the wrong fights. It's frustrating.

I have always liked Shane he's been a prime example of professionalism and even handled his PED situation with the grace of a king. I'm just concerned that this is a hunt for cash and he doesn't end up hurt or associating with one of these questionable nutritionists. The fact remains that even if he came out legit and showed some flash because of how he's looked lately the rumors will start. Some please get this man a commentator role so he doesn't destroy his legacy.

Your point is dull, Shane can't do the job no more. Time for a career change.....

Isn't Shane jr fighting yet? If not then he needs to turn pro quickly because that might put Shane right over the retirement line. I know he need the money but he is going to get hurt pretty soon if he continues like this.

Difference between Shane and Hopkins is Bernard doesn't take punishment while Shane is a sitting duck.

It's time for him to retire. Hopefully the networks stand their ground.

I'd hate to see him end up on ESPN and losing to journeymen.

I guess this is better? Either he wins or finds out the truth, which will only happen in those types of fights. Put him in a fight he should win and see if he can do it - I am not even really pulling for him to retire but he's has to get some wins and find something before they deal with him again. It's possible that training with his dad could add something, feels like I'm reaching but hopefully if he can't do it in those fights he gives it up.

Using is name to get fights against good fighters and going the 12 is making it hard for him to let it go because he's hanging around in those fights.
