            Hopkins has lost before but he's never been beaten up. He wants that stay to just as it is. Fighting Ward would change all that. He knows it.

                meh hopkins can't beat ward, he knows he can't beat ward, everybody with sense knows he can't beat ward, even the staunchest hopkins fans knows he can't beat ward ... hell, nobody below cruiserweight can beat ward.

                        Since when has their been demand for a fight between arguably the best fighter in the world pound for pound versus a 48 year old veteran?

                                What about 16 million?

                                No but seriously, a win over Hopkins really doesn't do much for Ward at this point. The only fight with meaning for Ward at 175 is a Dawson rematch
