I don't want to see that fight anyways. I've always thought that Ward is very Hopkins-esque. They do almost the same thing- they both excel in negating their opponents strengths.

It would be SUCH a bad fight. I can appreciate a good chess match- but this would be over the limit for sure.

I was thinking the same thing. He's using reverse psychology. I respect B. Hop and what he's accomplished, I feel he has the right to be picky on who he fights cause in reality, he's already accomplished enough to be a certified first ballot HOF'er and an ATG besides being a 48 yo. HOWEVER, if he wouldn't fight Ward even for 5 million, he'd be dumb not to. No shame in losing to a young warrior, specially when he's considered the #1 P4P champion in the world. They have no relation and didn't grow up together, so I don't see how they could make that arguement. It would be the epitome of passing the torch. There would be a ton of headbutts though haha

i can't believe how you bros have it so right. hop stated what he wanted and they both have the same style. B is not a light heavy. no one took the super middle as a threat but with ward out there it is a natural. hopkins vs ward. forget the friends stuff they are not for real. just put up the money and they will fight. it only takes 5 mil each. don't get caught up with the 15 mil stuff. where are they gonna get over 5 mil ? nowhere. how about at one of the new casinos other than vegas/nj ? some cash cow bro is licking his chops to get in game.
