I do too, I think his defense is leaky as well though it has improved as of late.

He has been down before against some rather light hitting journeyman though to his credit he got off the deck too win.
But it does leave a question mark regarding his chin.

Why can't he stay a welterweight? That is the weight he is trying to get a tittle at. I think he would KO Kirkland and Angulo without too much trouble. Lara would be an even fight. I am not sure who would win that fight. If Thurman's chin holds up to Lara's fast left hand then I think Thurman's high work rate would win it for him. For him to win every round on all score cards over Zaveck was impressive to me. Before he beat Zaveck I wasn't sure about him but now I think he is a better fighter than Broner, Bradley, Brook, Alexander, or Guerrero. The welterweights needed a new star and I think he is it.

I think he can maybe beat kirkland, just because kirkland can be KO'd. I think Angulo and Lara give him trouble.

Nobody is going to fight him at WW. It will be more of the same at 154 but i think someone like molina would take that fight

I don't see anyone at 54 being hesitant to face him he gaurantees an HBO payday and would be viewed as smaller
