What more can we say about Bernard Hopkins, bonafide all time great. Its gotten to the point when im not even sure hes slowed down cos of age, I think hes slowed himself down so all the casuals can witness his genius.

And he didn't even really clinch and stink that one up too much, which has been a complaint recently.

i think he was quite arguably more entertaining against Pascal. the complaints are overstated for the most part (legitimate in a couple of cases).

this was just pure technical nullification, enslavement by ring-generalship. Hopkins looked absurdly relaxed and comfortable in there.

Hopkins by decision, btw. if his legs are still good and he can pull the trigger, if he hasn't gone drastically downhill in the last year, i can't see it any other way.

his fights are like exhibitions or technique classes, in spite of what's on the line for the other guy. the other guy comes with all he's got, Hopkins makes him look like a demonstration dummy. all craft, all skills, all technique, all generalship. he doesn't have to injure, he just nullifies and confounds.

He made it look pretty easy and really didn't even break a sweat doing it. He sees the game in a different light, he reads between the fine print while most of the other fighters and only see the headlines.
