My thoughts exactly. Rafa has been fighting bigger guys at 126.

Rafa being a small fighter could benefit from fighting back at 122 again and vs a guy coming up.

rafa got stopped by mijares...who was fighting at 115 just a year before their fight. this fight is a mismatch

Marquez has been done for a few years now. Shot. He can do better than a meaningless fight.

I don't like watching Marquez take 500 punches at this stage, he's pretty gone. He is barely even having moments in is fights now, although he might get some since Santa Cruz will be right there. - if it happens I hope there is a sympathetic ref who won't let it go on too long if it turns out to be a bad mismatch.

To be fair Mijares has 4 KO's in 5 fights at 122.

Looks like the move up in weight has helped.

Santa Cruz might also receive that benefit. But Mijares a solid boxer with experience was able to box Rafa.

Leo is still a bit green. This aint a bad stay busy fight.

Also what if Rafa uses Memo?

Really a stay busy/ gate keeper fight. Rafa still has some power at 122.
