If they would let Guerrero get away with what he was pulling against Berto he would absolutely manhandle Pac...Filipinos would be outside his house with torches and pitchforks

After Ortiz beat Berto, he would have been seen as too much/too big for Pacquiao.

Remember, Pacquiao's 2011 options where Marquez, Mosley, and Berto [undefeated]. Of course Pacquiao went with the one with the most losses, the oldest, and the one coming off the worst performances. As you would expect from this "prime", "beast" Pacquiao he picked Mosley. He decided to follow it up with what was seen as a complete mismatch against a Marquez coming up from 135 [Unless you want to count the 1 round fought at 140 against Likar Ramos], near 40 year old and was hit plenty of times by Michael Katsidis, enough to show that his defense has fallen.

Ortiz and Berto would have been out of the question, they were too young, didn't have enough losses, and were coming off good performances.

Current Guerrero vs current Pacquiao would be seen as a much closer fight than Guerrero vs the near 40 year old, past prime Floyd Mayweather, who is heavily favored against Guerrero.

              Is this a serious question?

Guerrerro is a fat slob and Ortiz got his jaw cracked by Josesito Lopez

Guerrerro and Ortiz are on the same level as Berto and Pac turned down Berto to fight Bradley and Marquez aka two universally top 10 ranked P4P fighters back to back

He would've KO'd both of them within 6 rounds

What are you talking about...Don't you know that Shane Mosley was more dangerous and legit than Pacquiao fighting the Undefeated WBC champion, Ranked number 2 at WW (not counting Floyd) Berto?

Bob Arum and the media hyped it up as that Shane Mosley was back in his prime like in 1996.

Yes they would have been legit fights depending on when he fought them. Fighting a guy that is the top 6 or 7 guys in your weight class is legit in my opinion. Fighting Ortiz after his loss to Lopez would not be good and fighting Guerrero before he beat Aydin would not be good.

You know damn well had Manny fought Ortiz and Guerrero when Floyd did/is, the people saying cherry pick this and cherry pick that would be flip flopping.

I don't think either fight would be more legit than Pacquiao's fights with Bradley or Marquez. I thought both of those fights were very good fights for Pacquiao at the time he fought them. Fighting them at the time he did was the right thing to do in my opinion.
