Would Pacquiao Vs Guerrero Or Ortiz been legit fights?

Would those fights have been more popular or accepted by the boxing public? Is it that in general these fighters "style" are made for Floyd?

What would you have thought about those fights?

They'd be alot more entertaining and probably a KO in both without cheap shotting or headbutts

So basically it's the skill of Floyd which would make his fights more lackluster because he's seem as a better fighter than Pac?

        Or it's a style thing?

Yes they would but thats a different time. When Robert was at 130lbs Manny was at 140lbs. Today they could match up threy're at 147!!
As far as styles go Robert might be an easy opponent for Floyd because he will try to come at him but if he can handle Floyds power than its not a good deal for Floyd! Its ALL about match ups not posssible or probable opponents!!
Floyd beats Juan but Juan can go toe to toe with Manny a fighter Floyd avoided for years! Its all about match ups not common opponents! Ray

I'm gonna say its style of Mayweather and that he's a better fighter. I can't say that Floyds taken on tougher competition than Pacquiao but I think if they ever fought it would have been proved Floyd is the more dimensional better fighter than Pacquiao is

I think the only reason Ortiz would have lost is due to his heart(mentally), I actually think he is more skillful than Pacquiao.
I also agree that Pac would beat Guerrero in a war.

                Just my opinion.

                  Pre-Marquez KO - no
                  Post-Marquez KO - yes

Another reason people might go easier on a Pacquiao opponent choice is because he fights more regularly so they know they'll see him again soon anyway, Floyd only steps out once annually.
