No im not suggesting that, just the fact that a fat, raw, slow 140 fighter beat Paulie, the 147 WBA champ, whether the title was on the line or not.

he arguably beat the belt-holder, but he didn't work as hard as his opponent did to make the weight, which devalues his showing somewhat.

That would be a great fight but he's trying to campaign at 140 now.

Cano is one of my favorite fighters at 140 right now. I thought he was robbed against Paulie but I really didn't feel that bad for him since he didn't make weight. IMO he still kind of looks soft at 140, a good strength and conditioning coach would probably benefit him greatly.
