"Do you go for quantity or quality punches?"
"In my opinion quantity usually outweighs quality"
And she scored Hopkins over Calzaghe.
I think she came across pretty good though.
Sounds smarter than i would have thought.Comment

It's a good interview more than just about the 10-10 scoring check it out later if you can. But I agree with you I think they should score more 10-10 rounds than they do and I think that may lead to less controversial decisions being handed out at the end of fightsComment

Great interview, but back the camera up a little bit next time! That extreme close up made for uncomfortable viewing. But anyway, I agree with everything she said outside of the comments about the 10-10 rounds. If it comes to the point where it's basically a coin flip as she said, she's doing a fighter a disservice by forcing a victor. With that said, I do believe too many rounds are scored even, and that a true even round is a rarity.Comment

She sounds like an idiot. She has been judging fights for a while and she can't give us one solid fact on how to judge a fight, instead opting for phrases such as "in my experience". It's as if there is no set standard on how to judge a fight and it just depends what one particular judge feels like. She proves this by saying "I never score 10 - 10"... notice the "I".... what the hell do you mean "I"... surely there should be one rule on how to score and judge fights that all officials abide to.... what a mickey mouse operation, it turns out judges make up their own rules of scoring dependent on their mood.Comment
