    Will Povetkin ever fight Wladimir?

Is this fight ever going to happen? Too many politics involved, it seems. The WBA should strip Povetkin of his regular title if he doesn't fight Wlad this year.

I think the WBA already have. I'm just hoping Povetkin stops messing around and hurries up and gets his beating out of the way.

I'm not really interested in the fight tbh other than it would be nice to see Wlad crush this tvvat.

It's disappointing that this fight is not happening this summer. It should have been a huge outdoor event in Russia. Hopefully the fight will still get made this year.

Yet Povetkin has evidently been ducking Wlad for several years by now. So who's to blame in the end? The best fighters are simply ducking Wlad like the plague and everybody knows it. Just people won't admit it.

It doesn't matter what happened in the past, Wlad delayed the fight this time the blames on him.

You're just so pathetic it's unreal... Wlad never avoided anyone in his entire career. Guys like you just need to get over yourselves.

NEWSFLASH getting a fight delayed is avoiding them, even if it's only for a few months. He didn't want to fight Povetkin now and that = Avoiding. Povetkin did avoid him in the past but making a thread to ridicule the guy when it wasn't his fault this time is very harsh.

Weltschmerz is not ridiculing anybody (maybe only you ) - I'm just asking a simple question, because I really want to see this fight, but I doubt Povetkin has the BALLS, quite frankly. It's a shame he doesn't man up.

It appears Klitschko fans like to promulgate the myth that everyone's avoiding them as a cover for their promoters selecting weak opponents to face them.

Welts, it's 2013, Wlad's team requested the special permit to delay the fight. If they're not fighting this spring it's on him, not Povetkin.
