He is the #2 contender and the #1 already got shut out by Floyd...yeah Ring's credibility has taken a dip lately but everyone had to of seen this coming. It is about as legit as you can ask for considering all the governing bodies just make up belts in their best interest nowadays anyway.

You dont believe the Ring gives bumps to certain fighters? Guerrero realistically hasnt beat a top 5 fighter since maybe Casamayor yet he's 10 P4P and #3 WW. Just that article tells the whole story, certain guys on the panel believed Bradley was ahead of Robert and 1 other guy thought floyd was too inactive since he hasnt fought for 20 months at WW, yet nobody objected to the notion of the Ring belt being on the line.

You dont have to be a Pac fan to ask WTF are the Ring doing. Lets not get into giving Hernandez and Garcia freebies as well

Yes I would. The Ring title is suppose to determine the top fighter in the Division. The fight was 4 years ago and JMM has cemented himself as a clear #2. He basically beat Pac 2X in a year yet is being bypassed to choosing the top WW? The Ring gave the rematch between Hernandez and Cunningham the RIng belt after Steve lost and Huck being ranked #1 at CW. And this was an immediate rematch

Do i want to see the fight? Hell no, but there is no way you should have a Ring champ without having the clear #2 fighter fighting for it. Just dont give a belt, i dont see whats so hard about that. Why does somebody HAVE to have the belt?
