WBC President Jose Sulaiman is asking the Nevada State Athletic Commission, to reduce its whopping $900,000 dollars fine levied upon Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. after a post fight test showed he had marijuana in his system.

The flak, followed the WBC middleweight title fight at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, against Argentina's Sergio Martinez, last September - in which Julio Jr lost the tile.
