I think that you are refering to the Margarito/Tito matchup? If you are, its very obvious that Tito has way more talent and power than Margarito. What brawler has beat Tito anyway?

I think that if @147 Pernell could not beat Tito, Mayweather cannot either. Pernell Whitaker is on a different level than PBF. PBF has not proven that he can beat an elite fighter. Mayweather has also not proved himself to be an elite fighter. You must beat the best to be considered amongst them. I think that I have not seen enough great skill in PBF to say that he can beat Tito, DLH, Pernell, Chavez, Sugar Ray leonard etc. Sorry but he has to prove it to me by fighting more than just second class fighter's.
