I was going to say, if Spadafora was legitmately in this "List" then there's no way it's credible.

    The article also say's this;

"Having these six names approved as opponents right now doesn't mean anything, however, and they certainly don't lock in Mayweather's next six fights."
lol so you now believe the "list" is legit?

As I said, I wasn't actually inferring Mayweather had to fight them on some kind of wind up, I was just wondering about the existence of the list and who was on it having read a snippet elsewhere.

It's been amusing to watch flomos go into full defensive mode tho.

Is that what I said? Did I say I think the list is legit?

I'm merely pointing out that Spadafora isn't included in the "List".

If this list is legit, which I don't know if it is, then I imagine it will be nothing more than a list of potential opponents. Have Showtime actually released this?

Out of the opponents chosen I could definitely see him fighting Canelo, Alexander and Garcia (If they all keep winning)

I'm not so sure about Maidana or Angulo though.

zeezus dan calm down, I was only pulling your leg ffs

I'm sure he won't be tied to those opponents, but there are six of them so I guess it's a provisional plan.

To be honest, the list is not out of kilter with my expectations of who he will fight. Thoughts of Martinez, Pacquiao etc were unrealistic.

Sorry. You're one of the better wind-up merchants on here I never know when you're serious or not.

I imagine the "List" will change following performances etc.

Haha i included Spadafora as a little joke after seeing him mentioned in the thread earlier but i'm surprised both of you fell for it

Come on...48 have tried, 48 have failed

And also the list is absolutely meaningless as stated in the article as who the fck even knows what will happen 1 fight down the line nevermind 3 or 4 fights down the line in a sport as fickle as this.

Garcia, Canelo etc if they lose a fight or two they'll probably be written off as bums, exposed etc etc and internet forums would go into overload as they nearly did when Mayweather mentioned Alexander so i highly doubt this list has anything meaningful about it whatsoever.

                      Edit: the list

                      Robert Guerrero
                      Saul Alvarez
                      Marcos Maidana
                      Alfredo Angulo

                      Danny Garcia
                      Devon Alexander
at least half of them will have setbacks that make them into unsuitable opponents. I put them in bold
