Chris John to Defend WBA Super Featherweight World Title Against Satoshi Hosono in Jakarta
Chris John will make the sixth defence of his WBA Super Featherweight World Title against Satoshi Hosono in Indonesia on April 14th. The event will be taking place at the Senayan Indoor Tennis Stadium in Jakarta and will also feature Indonesian Daud Yordan defending his IBO Featherweight Title against South Africa's Simpiwe Vetyeka.
This will be the first time John (48-0-2) has fought in Indonesia in two years. Hosono (23-2) has fought for world titles twice before but come up short on both occasions with the Japanese boxer defeated by Celestino Caballero in 2011 and Poonsawat Kratindaenggym in 2010. [Click Here To Read More]
