Sanctioning bodies dont have the power to overturn the decision but they can award the belt to the right person I guess. Plus Rios vacated and Abril was the guy right behind him.

Thats what i thought, but they let him keep it and when rios moved up, they just gave him the belt

What a joke. But it is the WBA, they have 17 champs per division
