I agree i've said it on here before..everyone in boxing has an incentive to take/use something to get an advantage from drugs,to pills,to funny gloves, or even pads. It's the sport, folks here love to act like there are legit fighters..the only legit fighters in the game are new jacks who can't afford to get an advantage due to financial lack of ability. Why does a brawler make a faster guy wear heavier gloves than normal? Why do some guys waistline higher than the other fighter? Etc,etc, I mean the lists of ways to get an advantage in boxing are limitless.Good post, you're absolutely right about Heredia. And before anyone gets too upset I would say the same applies to a guy like Ariza. Even more so if anything, Ariza is a nutcase and I could easily imagine him flipping out and doing a 'tell all' or getting caught for something dodgy. The truth comes out in the end and if anything of that nature went on in Paquiao's camps, we'll find out eventually.
Why would he be mad bro? We all know him mostly because of that fight than anything else..also isn't he a little long in the tooth to be a hater? I don't see how him having an opinion equates to being a hater since he technically didn't bash either man outside of the allegation of roids which I think a ton of ppl also believe was the case. Juanma bro? Seriously, Juanma is way overrated if you were talking prime vs prime i'd say make it happen..but it's prime vs long in the tooth. Juanma tho cannot and would not be a younger version of this man.Last edited by turnedup; 03-01-2013, 07:04 PM.Comment

Would you be surprised if Memo tried to get on their payroll too? His client list has ballooned since the end of Pac vs Marquez 4.Comment

All the Mexican boxers know about Memo. The guy that should be in prison, but is somehow still working in athletics after having been a huge part of that BALCO PED scandal.
Of course Marco knows who he is and what the guy is notorious for. He doesn't like JMM so it's no surprise that he believes a desperate JMM, knowing this would be his last shot against Pacquiao, went to a "pharmacy" for some extra help. When you associate with a proven scumbag like Memo you have to accept that these type of comments will get thrown your way.Comment

When someone shoots a shot intending not to make and it does go in then that is what is considered a lucky shot. How can a punch in boxing be "lucky" when ALMOST every punch is intended to harm your opponent? I can see if JMM threw a feint right hand to set up a left hook and the right hand KO'D Manny without intending to then that is what would be considered a lucky punch. Its not luck but it more of "probability". There really is no such thing as luck if we are going to be technical.Im not calling the punch that KO'ed Manny in PARTICULAR a lucky punch. It was a perfect shot.
But to say there's no such thing as a lucky punch in boxing is like saying there's no lucky shots in basketball. Or lucky field goals in the NFL. If a field goal hits the post and decides to take a bounce inside the posts is that a lucky field goal? The same goes for a kick in soccer.Comment
