When someone shoots a shot intending not to make and it does go in then that is what is considered a lucky shot. How can a punch in boxing be "lucky" when ALMOST every punch is intended to harm your opponent? I can see if JMM threw a feint right hand to set up a left hook and the right hand KO'D Manny without intending to then that is what would be considered a lucky punch. Its not luck but it more of "probability". There really is no such thing as luck if we are going to be technical.

Imagine your seriously hurt, have a broken nose, Pacquiao (P4P King at the time) is destroying you on the compubox numbers, and theres one second left and your trapped in the corner

Those are pretty bad odds and you land the punch that songs are written about

That is by definition a lucky punch

Barrera is a ATG and higher on my ATG list than JMM as of right now

Barrera had the balls to fight Morales 3 times while JMM flat out ducked him

But "luck" is something that doesn't exist or at least it isn't proven to be a actual "force". We have to base things off of probability. Someone can "feel" lucky but that is only imaginative, its not something that is actually real. The scientific term for luck is chance/probability. There is no "luck" in anything we do in life.

Barrera has always been very high in my list of favorite fighters and I could get behind some kind of comeback attempt, but I must admit I'm a bit disappointed with Marco's comments regarding Marquez KTFO6 Pacquiao. Marquez KTFO6 Pacquiao. Marquez KTFO6 Pacquiao.

Not as classy as I'd hoped.

What were the odds of Garcia hitting Khan with that no look hook considering how wild and sloppy he throws it? He hit Khan on the neck, do you really think that's where he wanted it to land?

This is the second mexican legend to openly mention "Doctor" or "Pharmacy'..add him to Erik Morales of being of the opinion Marquez was not clean. I'm not saying he's dirty or he wasn't..all i'm saying is that it just seems as time has gone on more and more folks are turning to the opinion that something was up. We do really have to be open minded in this situation tho, I think Grantland made a good argument as to why we should. Also a guy of Marquez's reputation tarnishing that at the end of his career by teaming up with Heredia alone as enough to raise eyebrows...if he did dope we can expect to hear about it sooner or later..one thing we know about Memo is he has no loyalty to his employers and will turn into a songbird the first time he gets in trouble and faces jail time or goes broke. Either way I expect to hear more folks publicly talking about the subject now that the shock and fanfare over the result of the fight has dwindled a bit and marquez isn't the hottest topic right now.

Let it be known that the men raising su****ion are his rival countrymen. There's no friendship between countrymen under the same limelight, only jealousy and animosity. However, as you said, I'm not ruling out the possibility of a PED being in the mix but the truth is nobody knows. As of right now, there's no real evidence other than speculation.
