Obviously the agreements can be worked out in negotiations upon signing the contract. That's not a big deal. Deal is Floyd ducked his biggest money fight and now his ppv sales will suffer.

Richard Schafer has said why Mayweather didn't sign a contract when he has a fight sceduled.

He also isn't being given an ultimatum by someone who has never had a PPV event.
